Job Summary

Career Opportunity: Area Manager, Specialty West

CSL Behring is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and utilizing CSL Behring products, managing territory business development, and cultivating relationships with key customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Promote products and increase usage among select call points, including HCPs, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies
  • Develop customer advocates for promoted products and maintain proper call frequency
  • Stay abreast of current clinical technical literature and implement CSL selling model (PS2)
  • Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings and events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
  • Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
