Job Summary:
The Area Manager Specialty, West-Central is responsible for driving business growth and promoting CSL Behring products in the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with current clinical technical literature and represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers, and specialty pharmacies
- Travel regularly, including weekends, for customer and corporate meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years' pharmaceutical sales experience
- Demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth
