Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Patient Flow Coordinator to assist patients at kiosks, escort patients needing emergency assistance, handle physician and nurse requests, and manage patient flow.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients at kiosks prior to registration, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Escort patients needing emergency assistance to the treatment area for registration and evaluation, prioritizing their urgent needs.
- Respectfully handle physician and nurse requests in a timely manner, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with healthcare settings and patient flow management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with medical staff and patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances.
