Construction Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at MCC Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising crews on a construction project, from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within established guidelines and time frames.
Key Responsibilities- Organize, supervise, lead, and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
- Direct personnel from start to finish on project and prioritize work.
- Read and follow plans, material lists, and guidelines and apply necessary timelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crewmember discipline and documentation.
- Enforce all company safety policies and procedures and conduct regular tailgate safety meetings/toolbox talks and enforce all client-required safety policies and procedures.
- Mark up as-built drawings daily.
- Submit crewmembers' timesheets to payroll by deadline.
- Fulfill all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout.
- Call for code-enforcement inspections.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Respond to incidents and complete all necessary documentation timely.
- Attend operations meetings as required.
- Expedite tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that workers stay in the work area.
- Provide installation instruction to the workers by detailed verbal explanation or detailed sketches.
- Perform duties as instructed by supervisor.
- Minimum of 10 years verifiable construction experience in similar construction.
- Must exhibit leadership skills; that motivate, build respect, and express a firm but fair attitude when directing the workers.
- Informed and committed to the implementation and enforcement of MCC's safety programs and OSHA regulations.
- Must possess organizational, communication, and supervisory skills to improve the team.
