Manufacturing Operations Specialist

The Manufacturing Operations Specialist at LTTS drives leadership in communicating, developing, and executing design content relevant to the assembly of panel builds to meet client objectives. This role supports daily activities in process developments, validation activities, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Engineering Collaboration: Validate, read, and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, including complex automated system drawings.
- Process Improvement: Analyze engineering change orders to system updates and implement changes to resolve problems.
- Legacy Assembly Updates: Update legacy assemblies and provide insight into clients' continuous improvement ideology.
- Design Enhancements: Design improvements to aid fabrication shops' current product implementations and new product implementation.
- Qualification Process: Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams in the qualification process of assembly integration to production systems.
- Education: B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Understanding and hands-on experience of power system panel assembly build processes, familiar with Electrical panel build termination process required to UL and NEC codes, and proficient use of 3D modeling application and CAD.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 based on industry standards and location.
