Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting merchandise, providing recommendations and promoting related products.
  • Support store management in achieving sales goals and completing assigned tasks.
  • Process exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, performing various in-store services for customers.
  • Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is desired.
