Job Summary

This position provides high-quality nursing care to patients and families across the healthcare continuum in diverse settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients and families, adhering to the Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria outlined in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
  • Serve as a resource for other associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing (Required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) from the State of Ohio
  • Graduation from an accredited school or program of practical nursing
