Job Summary:

North Central Correctional Complex (MTC) is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to inmates in a correctional facility setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend daily sick call and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide urgent care to inmates as needed, including assessing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians to refer inmates to the emergency room when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

Requirements:

• Current, valid nursing license for the state of Ohio.
• Degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work within the Ohio State Board of Nursing Scope of Practice.
