Foreman - Rebar Specialist

T&T Construction is hiring a Full-Time Foreman to oversee rebar placement projects in the Trenton, New Jersey area. This position requires a strong background in construction management, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Foreman or similar role, with a proven track record of ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on construction sites. A strong understanding of ASTM standards and building practices is essential.

• Safety:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company safety policies.
  • Assist in incident investigations and administer corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure proper safety equipment and PPE are available for crews.
• Quality:
  • Monitor work to ensure it meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Spot-check shop drawings and scope of work-related items to guarantee proper installation of reinforcing.
• Scheduling and Productivity:
  • Determine manpower and equipment requirements for each job.
  • Lead and direct subcontractors/suppliers based on schedules.
  • Work with Project Managers and General Superintendent to schedule rebar placement.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
