Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Superintendent to join our team at T&T Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective project planning and execution.
- Identify potential obstacles and opportunities for project improvement.
- Track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
- Ensure project execution goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Mastery of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
- Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Able to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
