Position Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Estimator to play a key role in analyzing construction project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze construction project plans, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize industry-standard estimating methods and tools for cost estimation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate cost estimates.
  • Solicit quotes from vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare bid packages and cost breakdowns for client submissions, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment and successful project delivery.
