The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.

**Job Description**
As an Education Specialist with Sylvan Learning of Caldwell, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering instructional sessions to students using Sylvan program materials
  • Evaluating student progress and communicating this information to Center staff
  • Managing multiple tasks and being flexible to meet the needs of students and the Center
  • Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of a four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field. You should also have prior teaching experience and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
