Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency or Critical Care Unit.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- ACLS preferred.
