As a Community Association Manager at Affinity Management Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of thriving and well-managed communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with association boards, homeowners, and vendors, promptly addressing service requests and investigating serious complaints.
  • Foster partnerships with vendors to ensure cooperation and oversee the quality of their services.
  • Implement effective systems for protecting community assets and records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and security needs, ensuring safety protocols are enforced and communicated effectively.
  • Investigate accidents and claims for property damage, preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, manage files and records, and attend Board of Directors and Annual or Special Meetings.
  • Assist in preparing accurate monthly financial reports, analyzing variance trends and providing insights.
  • Manage association finances, understand financial statements, and provide guidance to the board to make informed decisions.
  • Develop annual budgets, analyze expenses item by item, and suggest adequate funding for responsible financial planning.
  • Prepare RFPs for job requests and evaluate bids to ensure accurate comparisons and presentations of project specifications.
  • Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors with recommendations to enhance community appearance, values, and promote harmony among residents.
  • Respond to and act on association emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Oversee major improvement projects, including preparing RFPs for projects exceeding $10,000, coordinating meetings, and managing vendor interactions.
  • Schedule and review staff assignments to ensure adequate coverage while working within assigned budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) Preferred.
  • Active CAM License.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience with High-Rise Condominiums and HOA Management.
  • General Computer Skills.
Salary and Benefits:
