PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The individual must be capable of interpreting the daily production schedule and prepared Bills of Material to gather necessary warehoused components and inventory for organization on buggies according to specific styles.
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS:
  • Learn to interpret the daily production schedule effectively.
  • Identify and select appropriate packing materials for various styles.
  • Cut and prepare packing materials in alignment with the daily production schedule.
  • Retrieve necessary trays and packing materials from the designated storage area.
  • Restock packing materials as required to meet daily production demands.
  • With the assistance of a team partner, lift finished products and place them into packing trays.
  • Insert protective end caps and other essential packing materials to safeguard items during storage and transit.
  • Choose and place suitable padded bags over finished products.
  • Apply the correct outer plastic bags over finished items.
  • Position finished goods to secure the bag by stapling it to the base of the packing tray.
  • For knockdown (KD) goods, after applying packing materials, place them in boxes and seal using a crimp staple gun.
  • Stage packed finished products for transportation to the warehouse.
  • Maintain performance levels to ensure packing for two production lines.
  • Ensure that products are packed efficiently to prevent delays at the inspection station, thereby maintaining production flow.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Provide assistance to colleagues when necessary.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

  • Basic reading and writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in English is required.
