Logistics and Hospitality Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics and Hospitality Manager to join our team at QuintEvents. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a strong background in event planning and management, you will lead a team to ensure seamless event execution. Your expertise in logistics, transportation, and vendor management will be crucial in ensuring successful events.

About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Charlotte, NC, with extensive travel required (up to 50%). You will work closely with our Senior Events Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement event plans. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and results-driven approach will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate event logistics, including ticketing, transportation, hotels, and tours
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage timelines, and coordinate vendors
- Develop and manage budgets for assigned events, ensuring accurate expense tracking and fiscal responsibility
- Provide coaching and career development opportunities to direct reports

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in event planning and management, preferably with live/sporting events experience. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and project management tools is essential. Bi/multilingual candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000-$115,000 per year, depending on experience.
