Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN with a minimum of 2-years acute care experience to provide clinical care, coordination, and patient education to the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy patient population. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask as part of a fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions
* Provide clinical care and coordination to patients
* Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
