About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Therapy to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced orthopedic care to patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide advanced orthopedic care to patients, including manual therapy and exercise programs
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine treatment needs
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2000 hours of clinical practice in orthopedic therapy
- Post-professional certification/specialization in orthopedic therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and mentorship skills
- NH License Physical Therapist
- AHA or ARC BLS within 2 weeks of hire
