Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Experience
    • Be fully involved in sales and customer experience activities, both virtual and in-store.
    • Perform various detailed tasks throughout the dealership, including preparing titles, loan documents, and taking down payments.
    • Take customers on test drives, demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities, including deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.
    • Partner with Managers and other Customer Experience Guides to delegate tasks and responsibilities, meeting customer and company needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Make phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and educate potential customers about their options.
    • Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of related work experience in customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Professional and persuasive communication skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
    • Understanding of vehicle characteristics, features, and capabilities.
    • Attention to detail when assisting with sales processes.
    • Ability to retain training instruction, implement feedback, and adapt to changes in processes.
    • Discretion when dealing with sensitive information and account information.
    • Comfortable operating and parking vehicles on and off the lot.
    • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned tasks.
