About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Supervisor to join our team at SERVPRO of Hardin & LaRue Counties. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of restoration projects.

Job Summary

The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restoration team. This includes managing customer relationships, supervising technicians, and maintaining quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled to ensure timely completion of restoration projects.
  • Customer Service: Manage customer relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Technician Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities to maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Documentation: Document detailed and accurate job files and scopes of work to support services provided.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is required.
  • Certifications: IICRC certification is a plus but not required.
  • Skillset: Proficient in technology such as iPads, Google Sheets, and other software is essential.
