Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and services.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of charge experience. You must have advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and supporting their team members. This full-time night position involves a mix of on-the-floor and administrative work, offering the perfect blend of challenge and fulfillment.
