Diazyme Laboratories, a certified medical device manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our Customer Service Operations team. We specialize in developing diagnostic reagents utilizing proprietary enzyme technologies for various automated chemistry analyzers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under close supervision, this role involves performing a variety of routine tasks to support different functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, processing, and compiling a range of confidential reports and records.
- Providing detailed explanations of data and information.
- Coordinating and tracking the progress of work assignments and projects.
