At Wisler, our marketing team plays a pivotal role in our growth. The Marketing Coordinator acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring that marketing initiatives, campaigns, projects, and events are executed efficiently. This role is essential in fostering community partnerships and developing a dynamic marketing strategy.

This position reports directly to the president and collaborates with key stakeholders, including the leadership team, office staff, non-profit organizations, and third-party marketing agencies.

Compensation

  • $30.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement marketing and branding initiatives
  • Manage the external communication calendar and execute tasks as necessary
  • Ensure alignment across channels (Public marketing messaging is consistent with sales, operations, and personnel)
  • Gather content (Images, videos, narratives) and engage on social media when appropriate
  • Schedule and create social media posts to reflect the internal community
  • Respond to online feedback
  • Ensure mailings are completed according to plan
  • Communicate all marketing activities with staff
  • Execute existing customer marketing via mail, email, and text as needed
  • Create, order, proofread, and edit marketing materials for consistency
  • Maintain business listings and profiles
  • Analyze, assess, and provide recommendations for marketing and budget
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and budgets based on data and outcomes
  • Evaluate, monitor, and report on campaign performance
  • Maintain the website to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Manage marketing budget expenditures within established limits
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in various marketing platforms and practices (Digital, social, and mass media)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Analytical skills and reporting capabilities
  • Able to lift 40lbs
  • Skilled in cultivating and maintaining positive professional relationships
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
