Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care tailored to the specific needs of individuals based on their age and condition
  • Provide morning care, including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and general cleanliness
  • Administer evening care, ensuring comfort and hygiene for patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and support patients during dining
  • Respond to patient call lights, proactively addressing needs and making rounds
  • Support patients in managing personal belongings such as dentures, glasses, and hearing aids
  • Document and report any changes in patient condition or behavior
  • Assist licensed nursing staff with various treatment procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a nursing assistant training program
  • Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • CPR/BCLS Certification
  • Preferred: Minimum six months of experience in an acute or long-term care setting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
