Job Summary

As a key member of our crisis management team, you will provide critical support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health crises, empowering them to navigate the recovery process and achieve long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Outreach and Engagement Services to individuals in crisis, building rapport and trust to facilitate effective support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Crisis Plans to address the unique needs and challenges of each client, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams to provide comprehensive support and services, including linkage to community resources and long-term mental health providers.
  • Conduct Crisis Assessments and develop Intervention Plans to address immediate needs and promote long-term recovery.
  • Provide Education and Training to clients and community partners on crisis management, mental health, and recovery principles.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in crisis management, mental health, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
