About the Job: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pharmacy Lead - Float Position to join our team at Publix Super Markets, Inc. in Cooper City, FL. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $140,000-$160,000 per year.

Job Overview: As a Floating Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, leading pharmacy teams, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing leadership and guidance to our staff, and ensuring the highest standards of patient service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy teams
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy
  • Must have and maintain an unrestricted, state pharmacist license
  • Must not have active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program upon hire and thereafter
  • Must not have received an unacceptable result on a company-sponsored drug test within the last three years
