Job Description:
LACR Cattle Company, LP is a leading provider of irrigation services in Hutto, TX. We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
  • Installation of new irrigation systems according to design plans and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of existing irrigation systems.
  • Programming and adjusting irrigation controllers for optimal performance and water efficiency.
  • Replacement or upgrading of system components such as sprinkler heads, valves, pipes, and pumps.
  • Seasonal maintenance activities including system winterization and spring start-ups.
  • Compliance with local water regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:
  • Experience as an Irrigation Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating irrigation equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of irrigation system components and design principles.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and written instructions.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Driver's license and clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
