As a dynamic and experienced Landscape Field Supervisor at La Copa Ventures, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landscaping and irrigation crews in the United States.

You will schedule and assign tasks to crew members, prioritize work orders and deadlines, provide on-the-job training and guidance, conduct quality inspections, manage inventory and equipment, communicate with clients and project managers, uphold company policies, and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping and irrigation, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to work 10 hour days, including one weekend a month.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Detailed-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) a plus.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
