About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing safe and appropriate care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and personal needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as hygiene tasks and meal preparation.
  • Support individuals in their daily routines, including community outings and recreational activities.
  • Attend training programs to develop skills and knowledge in behavioral health and human services.
  • Perform related duties and special assignments as assigned by the coordinator.
