Job Summary

Quality Correctional Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team as a Full-Time Day Shift Correctional Care Specialist. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical and mental healthcare services to justice-involved patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive healthcare to patients by administering medications, performing medical intakes, and responding to sick call requests.
  • Provide patient education on health concerns and respond to medical emergencies.
  • Maintain working knowledge of pharmacology and provide insight and direction to Medically Trained Personnel as needed.
  • Comply with all current and future state, federal, and local laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid LPN or RN licensure
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
