**About the Role:**

Soliant is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to facilitate student progress.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and execute evidence-based treatment plans to address individual student needs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with educators and families to ensure collaborative support and student success
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student advancements

**Qualifications:*

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Be eligible for or possess state licensure
  • Encouragement extended to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive within a dynamic and collaborative team environment
