About the Opportunity

Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal communication and swallowing outcomes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient communication and swallowing disorders, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and caregivers. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and meet the needs of our patients.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio. Additionally, you must hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as a CCC-SLP.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes accrued PTO, 401(k), company-paid CEU, and mentorship programs.
