Schedule Overview:

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:25 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends required. This is a full-time position offering a 40-hour workweek guarantee, along with a thoughtful benefits package that prioritizes work-life balance and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions in a clinical setting, incorporating various activities to promote skill development.
  • Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers under the guidance of BCBAs to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, including data collection and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is an asset.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
  • RBT certification is preferred, but we offer training and certification support for those who need it.
  • Show empathy and a willingness to work with young children, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Be prepared to undergo CPR training and a background check as part of our hiring process.

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with regular raises every six months for the first two and a half years.
  • $50 monthly attendance incentive bonus.
