Position DetailsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time
Security Clearance: Must hold an active Secret Clearance with a completed T5 investigation or higher.
Key Responsibilities
- CSfC Solution Oversight: Ensure the operation and upkeep of CSfC compliant systems that meet NSA and DoD standards.
- System Development: Enhance system functionality through the development and modification of scripts.
- Documentation: Create detailed system documentation, including configuration manuals and training resources.
- Training Delivery: Conduct onsite training sessions for both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Cross-Domain Solutions: Manage cross-domain solutions in accordance with client specifications.
- Infrastructure Planning: Collaborate with operational teams to design and implement necessary infrastructure.
- Network Engineering: Produce comprehensive Network Engineering Design Packages, detailing project plans and implementation strategies.
- Configuration Management: Set up and manage hardware and software components to comply with NSA CSfC, NIAP, and DoD regulations.
- Systems Integration: Execute complex network designs and systems integration for secure communications.
- VMWare/VDI Administration: Oversee and enhance VMWare and VDI environments.
- PKI Oversight: Manage PKI Certificate Authorities for CSfC systems.
- Security Management: Configure and supervise firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, VPN gateways, and wireless networks.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced support for systems and act as a key resource during critical outages.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to recommend hardware and support solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance with a completed T5 investigation or higher.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Systems Engineering (Bachelor's degree = 12 years of experience, Master's degree = 10 years of experience).
- Certifications: Required to hold one of the following: CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP.
- Professional Certification: MCSA, Linux, or equivalent systems certification is necessary.
- Location: Office environment.
- Accessibility: Requires ascending/descending stairs.
- Noise Level: Low.
- Schedule: Standard day shift with occasional evenings and weekends.
- Travel: Minimal travel required.
- Physical Demands: Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
