We are currently seeking a Wine Bar Associate to enhance our guest experience through outstanding service and hospitality. This role requires a passion for luxury service and an eye for detail, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody our Vision, Values, and Beliefs in every interaction
  • Deliver exemplary service and hospitality to all patrons
  • Accurately fulfill drink orders and present them to guests
  • Maintain a proactive approach during trips to and from the kitchen
  • Assist in serving food to guest tables as necessary
  • Uphold the quality and cleanliness of the wine bar environment
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Certification in Alcoholic Beverage Service, as per local regulations
  • Valid Food Handler Certification
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to team success
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is advantageous
  • Knowledge of RH's coffee offerings is a plus
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
