OVERVIEW


We are in search of a wholesale customer support supervisor who will play a crucial role within the BELLA+CANVAS customer service team.

This position will interact with our clientele by delivering exceptional customer support and experiences.

The supervisor will be accountable for ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our customers across all communication platforms.

You will lead a team of customer service representatives to enhance our efficiency and guarantee consistent excellence in service delivery.

This role will be based at our headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide leadership, direction, and support for the customer service team
• Oversee training and development for new hires in relation to multi-channel support
• Serve as a point of escalation for the customer service team
• Collaborate with the customer service team to document and refine policies and best practices
• Offer timely and efficient support to our customers via phone, email, and chat
• Analyze and resolve customer issues in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Quickly learn CRM applications, ERP systems, and BI tools to generate reports and extract data essential for processing customer requests
• Work alongside the customer service team and cross-functional departments to drive solutions and add value to BELLA+CANVAS
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external business partners
• Participate in product knowledge training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of BELLA+CANVAS and its offerings to better assist our customers
• Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned

• Experience with multi-channel customer engagement platforms, B2B systems, and ERP solutions
• A minimum of 2-4 years in a customer service role, ideally within the wholesale apparel, footwear, or decorated products market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for Excel skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools is advantageous


The base pay range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour, reflecting the current range for this non-exempt role.

Additionally, the range provided is just one aspect of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees, which may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and various other progressive benefits.
