Job Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and strains, as well as industry-wide product knowledge to provide customers with informed recommendations.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Conduct sales transactions, counsel customers on product use, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and professionalism.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the dispensary is always adequately stocked, clean, and well-organized, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, foster a positive work environment, and support team members in their roles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of retail or food service experience, with cannabis industry experience preferred.
  • Two years of METRC experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
