Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Training and Development

Complete technical training as assigned by the company, both at our locations and at manufacturer's national training facilities, to stay up-to-date on the latest equipment and technologies.

Independent Work and Problem-Solving

Develop the ability to work independently, using your skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Equipment Service and Maintenance

Primarily service printers and Multi-Functional Devices, becoming proficient in servicing assigned equipment and ensuring they are running at optimal levels.

Troubleshooting and Firmware Updates

Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, update and maintain machine firmware as needed, and assist in software installations and support.

Inventory Management and Dispatch

Maintain accurate car stock inventory, efficiently manage service call assignments based on location and priority levels, and accurately dispatch/arrive/close out service calls utilizing mobile dispatching software.

Customer Service and Communication

Provide quality customer service with both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements
  • Education and Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in electronics and mechanical systems.

Technical Skills

Proficient use of company-provided technology, including laptops, smartphones, and software applications.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift 75 pounds, maintain a valid driver's license, and have access to a reliable vehicle with secure storage for company-issued property.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of network connectivity and electronics, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
