We are currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to enhance our practice. The ideal candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to provide compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to the underserved population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including comprehensive history and physical examinations, adhering to the latest standards of care and regulatory guidelines.
  • Engage in systematic data collection, focusing on various aspects of patient health, including physiological, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive factors, while promoting patient and family education and advocacy.
  • Evaluate patients' health conditions and age-specific medical requirements; establish treatment goals and prescribe suitable clinical interventions.
  • Order necessary laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures based on patients' health status, facilitating appropriate treatment plans based on test results.
  • Deliver direct clinical care to all assigned patients, ensuring compliance with established standards of care and organizational policies.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient care, including accommodating walk-in patients, punctuality for office hours, and effective collaboration with support staff.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call coverage schedule, ensuring timely responses to patient inquiries and proper documentation of all interactions.
  • Meet defined productivity expectations specific to the specialty and site.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation to support billing and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid medical license to practice in New York State.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
