About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Lead to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers. As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of sales associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and meet retailer and client expectations.
  • Train and educate sales associates on product lines, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and sales associates to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales software.
