We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in aesthetics for a premier medical spa. The selected candidate will collaborate with our Medical Director to deliver and uphold all medical aesthetic services.
Key Responsibilities:· Administer non-surgical cosmetic treatments and services.
· Conduct Good Faith Exams and issue medical orders.
· Inform clients about their aesthetic treatment options and assist them in selecting the most suitable choices.
· Collect client medical histories and assess contraindications; approve or disapprove treatment plans based on individual needs and suggest alternatives when necessary.
· Maintain and update client records accurately during appointments, documenting treatment proposals and outcomes in compliance with regulations.
· Manage the storage, administration, and ordering of injectables, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and non-invasive cosmetic supplies in accordance with relevant laws and policies.
· Participate in audits with spa personnel to ensure proper inventory management and efficient use of supplies.
· Assist in organizing special events and execute plans effectively. Continuously enhance professional knowledge and clinical skills through ongoing education and training.
· Train junior staff on spa service procedures to ensure high standards of guest service and compliance with regulations.
· Build a client base through proactive marketing and networking, promoting both personal and spa brands.
· Achieve sales targets and develop a loyal clientele by recommending services and retail products.
Qualifications:· Legally certified Nurse Practitioner within the relevant jurisdiction.
· In-depth knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices and trends.
· Minimum of one year of injecting experience.
· Proficient in consulting with clients regarding their cosmetic needs and treatment plans.
