Key Responsibilities

The individual will be accountable for designing and executing educational programs for preschool-aged children, ensuring adherence to established standards. Responsibilities include tracking children's development, maintaining a secure environment, and working in partnership with families and other services to provide integrated support.

Job Requirements

  • Fundamental supervisory abilities in an educational context.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to respond to children's needs through kneeling, bending, and stooping.
  • Capacity to lift and transport items weighing up to fifty pounds.
  • Ability to assist in the transportation of children with special requirements.

Work Classification

  • Medium Work - Involves physical exertion of up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a focus on Early Childhood Education.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in teaching preschool-aged children.
  • Completion of relevant training programs.

Emergency Response Duties

Expected to fulfill assigned responsibilities during emergencies or crisis situations.

Additional Qualifications

  • Must maintain eligibility to pass necessary background checks.
  • Required to hold any job-related licenses or certifications.
