Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at the Westin Boston Waterfront, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests, handle room reservations, and provide information on hotel services and facilities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel operations software.
