Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Resident to join our team. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our nursing team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care and improve patient outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
