Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager, Property Portfolio Director with USA Properties Fund, Inc., you will oversee a portfolio of USA communities, making strategic decisions to achieve overall objectives and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a portfolio of 7-10 properties and approximately 1,000 units, with 2 lease ups coming online within a 12-month period.
  • Make strategic decisions to achieve overall objectives of each community, including hiring, training, leading, and motivating a team of district and community managers.
  • Utilize strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to drive success and growth.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including occupancy rates, rent schedules, and marketing activity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates, rent schedules, and marketing activity.
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Regional Property Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of Section 42 Tax Credit Program, HUD, RHCP, and local city and state programs.
  • 3 years' experience managing/supervising multiple properties.

  • Customer service - respond promptly to resident/customer needs.
  • Oral communication - speak clearly and professionally in positive and negative situations.
  • Written communication - writes clearly and informatively.
