Job Title: Logistics Delivery Coordinator

UpTalent is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of natural gas services to customers in the Orlando area. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Auto-post reconciliation
  • Process service interruption notices
  • Process emergency work orders
  • Batch reconciliation
  • Inventory reporting
  • Update and maintain cylinder inventory lists for all locations in the territory
  • ASW management and inventory validation
  • CRM management of action items
  • Business services submissions for account updates
  • Fiori entry of production numbers for wash and fill locations
  • Ensure wash and fill is meeting the demand of the number of employees running per day
  • Process mail and deliveries
  • Correspond with drivers, technicians, and field employees to verify account information, answer questions, and update customer accounts
  • Customer correspondence following site survey
  • Maintain payroll corrections
  • Verify, research, and post all meters
  • Maintain inventory, check in tanks and appliances in Fiori, and complete tank transfers between districts
  • Organize folders
