Product Manager for Emerging Growth Initiatives

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development and execution of emerging growth initiatives at Exactera. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of new product offerings, particularly focusing on service provider expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize strategic growth opportunities, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment with executive, sales, customer success, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap based on market insights, customer needs, and company goals.
- Oversight and mentorship of Product Manager(s) to iterate quickly and deliver products that resonate with the service provider market.
- Performance tracking and optimization, leveraging data insights to assess product success and inform growth-focused decisions.
- Market research and customer feedback initiatives to deeply understand the service provider landscape and champion new ideas and solutions.
- Go-to-market strategies and stakeholder alignment to develop compelling positioning and messaging that highlights product value and drives adoption.
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in emerging product areas or new market segments within data-focused or B2B SaaS products.
- Proven experience in product-led growth environments driving adoption and activation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments encouraging innovation and strategic thinking.
