The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in the leadership team, collaborating closely with the Owner to shape strategic initiatives, manage operational teams, and drive continuous enhancements in the company's operational framework. This position is ideal for an individual seeking to oversee comprehensive operational structures while identifying opportunities for process refinement to align with growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the executive leadership to articulate and advance the company's vision, mission, and strategic direction.
  • Guide the formulation and execution of the company's annual and long-term operational plans.
  • Design and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring streamlined and effective processes across all divisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate the operations team to foster a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Assess financial performance and key performance indicators to pinpoint areas for enhancement and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Regularly review systems and processes, identifying and enacting improvements.
  • Establish and uphold mechanisms to promote accountability and track progress.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in a product-centric environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational growth and developing performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams, with a focus on recognizing and nurturing talent.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities; adept at meeting deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on solutions and problem resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
