As a key member of our team at The Bridgewater Club LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and their guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Outstanding Customer Service: Assist members and their guests with a warm welcome and prompt service.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the check-in process for members and guests utilizing the fitness center.
- Administrative Duties: Handle various front desk tasks such as:
- Answering phone inquiries
- Scheduling appointments for massage therapy and other fitness services
- Processing payments for services and retail items through our point of sale (POS) system
- Member Relations: Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the Assistant Fitness Director or Fitness Operations Director when necessary.
- Facility Maintenance: Contribute to the upkeep of a clean and organized fitness environment, including locker rooms.
- Equipment Care: Perform daily cleaning of fitness equipment.
- Supplies Management: Restock fitness and locker room supplies as needed.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- A positive and energetic demeanor.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- A collaborative team player focused on achieving shared goals.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout your shift.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
