About the Role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead our growing Architecture team in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, clients, and teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profit margins, and reduce write-downs.
  • Lead complex projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF), making informed decisions to mitigate and eliminate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, developing and executing plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
